A lot of the projects I came in contact with during my stay were also ongoing developments, projects already existing in our visualization process and with previous images already produced by Pixelflakes. Coexisting with the ongoing progress of the architects, these previous productions would often be syncronized with changes made to the development and asked to be visualized "a new" by the studio as a big chunk of the designprocess and an ongoing relationship with architectural firms.
As intern I would regularly be responsible for these kinds of "re-visualizations" and often including updating multiple views/images of the project.
Renewal like these would involve updating revised design of the development with new 3D geometry and/or mood changes. It could also mean making changes to image composition, assets or context aspects as well as 2D/Photoshop features of the image or other wishes of the client. The image would then be updated from revised 3D render to post production and updated finalized image. At times it would also involve me making changes to camera and updates of the image view, adding to larger changes.
As an example: "Modern Wharf", an ongoing development in Greenwich of the wharf of the project name, is a project where I've worked on multiple views and updates during my internship. This aerial view for example was a pre-existing image in which I made large updates to re-designed geometry of the main buildings, new landscape design of main context, changed mood and light settings and updates of post production to finalize an updated image.
